Located in Ferrières en Brie, Biomonde is an organic supermarket with a 1000m2 sustainable building with two levels, offering a wide range of Biomonde products. This hybrid space, open since December 2021, features a wine cellar, a naturopathy and wellness area, a deli cheese shop, and hosts themed events and activities.

A bakery-pastry shop located in Biomonde building, Madeleine by Ferrières is a space that allows pastry chefs and bakers to express their talent through original creations. In collaboration with the French Excellence School, it serves as a true gem for the transmission of French skills. With real success since its opening in January 2021, Madeleine by Ferrières aspires to expand internationally with an upcoming opening in Barcelona.
